If you’re planning your week around the “brew + sofa + soaps” routine… slight change of plans. 😅
During the week of Monday 2nd to Friday 6th February, Emmerdale and Coronation Street are only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

That’s because ITV is showing live sport on the other nights:

  • Tuesday 3rd February: Arsenal vs Chelsea (EFL Cup) — 7:30pm to 10:25pm
  • Thursday 5th February: France vs Ireland (Six Nations) — 7:20pm to 10:35pm

This week’s ITV soaps schedule (2nd–6th February 2026)

Monday 2nd

  • Emmerdale: 8:00pm – 8:30pm
  • Coronation Street: 8:30pm – 9:00pm

Wednesday 4th

  • Emmerdale: 8:00pm – 8:30pm
  • Coronation Street: 8:30pm – 9:00pm

Friday 6th

  • Emmerdale: 8:00pm – 8:30pm
  • Coronation Street: 8:30pm – 9:00pm

And if you’re an early bird who can’t wait: both episodes are typically available to stream on ITVX from 7am on the day they air.

ITV Soaps Schedule 2–6 February 2026 (Emmerdale & Coronation Street)
Times shown are based on ITV’s published listings (ITV1/ITVX). Which one are you watching this week – and is anyone else out here hitting ITVX at 7am?

Emmerdale spoilers (2–7 Feb): what to expect

ITV’s preview is all about big pressure, big emotions, and big consequences:

  • Moira Dingle is charged with murder, after DS Walsh reveals evidence that weakens her claim she was set up.
  • Cain Dingle struggles with his diagnosis, cutting a consultation short and lashing out as denial and anger kick in.
  • Ruby Fox-Miligan is wracked with guilt over Anya’s death.
  • Paddy Kirk and Dylan are left uneasy when DS Walsh arrives to speak to Bear about Anya.

Coronation Street spoilers (2–6 Feb): what to expect

Over on the cobbles, Debbie Webster’s situation gets huge, while several characters spiral in very different ways.

  • Carl Webster discovers a massive truth ahead of Debbie’s court date and Debbie finally admits something life-changing about their relationship.
  • Todd Grimshaw is left penniless while Theo Silverton is away and it causes awkward moments (and a proper snap).
  • Kevin Webster hits rock bottom. The family tries an intervention, but things still escalate.
  • Bernie Winter-Alahan is on edge as Mal Roper sticks around, and she’s desperate to keep a past night under wraps.
  • Jodie Ramsay is hiding something again and Shona Platt is determined to figure out what’s going on.

Keeping you updated

Schedules can shift (sport loves choosing violence), so I’ll update this post if anything changes.
